Farm Aid 2015

There is  Willie Nelson (with Imagine Dragons) at Farm Aid 2015 wearing a shirt we designed and printed at my shop Mirror Image. It is always a thrill to see your handiwork up on the big stage and broadcast around the globe. Folks at my shop including Pam, Brian, KC, Ruth, Aimee, Ray and all the production folks worked very hard to get good designs that were on message and to get everything done in time to bring it to Farm Aid 2015 in Chicago. We have worked on Farm Aid for over 20 years, it is a real great cause.

Some other shots from Farm Aid 2015. I’m on my way home in a 26 foot truck and will gather some more photos (and thoughts) when I get home and get some sleep.

Farm Aid’s mission is to build a vibrant, family farm-centered system of agriculture in America. Farm Aid artists and board members Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews host an annual concert to raise funds to support Farm Aid’s work with family farmers and to inspire people to choose family farm food. For 30 years, Farm Aid, with the support of the artists who contribute their performances each year, has raised $48 million to support programs that help farmers thrive, expand the reach of the Good Food Movement, take action to change the dominant system of industrial agriculture and promote food from family farms.

Follow Farm Aid on Twitter (@farmaid) and on Facebook (www.facebook.com/FarmAid), and visit www.farmaid.org/concert.

About to head out in a 26′ truck on 18 hour drive home, which isn’t nearly as bad after the show goes well and the merch sells.
